Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full before production begins. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Personalized Items
Many of our products are personalized. Please review all spelling and details carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Custom & Bulk Orders
Custom logo embroidery and bulk orders may require a digitizing fee and minimum order. Details will be provided before production begins.
Production Time
Production times may vary depending on the item and order size. We strive to complete orders as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Shipping times may vary based on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

At A1 Embroidery, many of our items are personalized and made to order. Because of this, we have the following policy:
Personalized Items
All personalized and custom items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items with names, monograms, or custom details.
Order Accuracy
Please review all details carefully before placing your order, including spelling, colors, and selections. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or we made an error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will review the issue and make it right.
Non-Personalized Items
Non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
